Position Description:
Responsible for delivering solutions with added value to the business unit while managing multiple projects of varying sizes. Managing all phases of the project(s), from inception to scoping, design, development, and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the OneStream implementation, which includes architecture and system build, complex data validations, training, deployment, and future enhancements.
- Responsible for developing and supervising the work plan, as well as managing the project’s scope, quality, cost, and schedule. Provide project schedule updates as business requirements change.
- Responsible for leading implementations of OneStream across all domestic and international organizations.
- Guide the adoption of the systems by coordinating communications and identifying areas for improvement, employee participation, and training requirements. Coordinate proactively the creation of user manuals, training materials, and other documents required for successful implementation.
- Monitor tool performance, operational impact, champion adoption, and engagement efforts using a data-driven, continuous improvement mentality to track tool performance, operational impact, and champion adoption.
- Facilitate regular project team meetings and provide key stakeholders across the company with progress and milestone updates.
- Maintain a current understanding of emerging business processes, technologies, and project management methodologies.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements for this position include air travel. In accordance with Freeport-requirement McMoRan’s for all employees whose jobs require air travel, you will be required to submit proof that you are fully immunized against COVID-19 in order to travel by air, unless the company has granted a medical or religious exemption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a field closely related to accounting and seven (7) years of accounting experience, including three (3) years of project management/leadership experience; OR Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field; five (5) years of accounting experience; three (3) years of project management/leadership experience; and experience implementing and developing a financial analysis system.
- Strong Excel modeling skills
- Superior intra-departmental and inter-departmental communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Motivated and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Competence with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Favorable Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance
- Solid accounting and analytic abilities
- CPA designation
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) (Spanish and English)
