Responsibilities
- Review all incoming community interactions across various social media platforms and communicate with players directly.
- Respond promptly to player inquiries and comments.
- Create engaging social media content.
- Produce detailed reports on community expansion and participation, and propose enhancements based on these findings.
- Assist the developer by gathering player feedback and reporting on it.
- Assist in fostering and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for the gaming community.
- Moderating discussions and comments in accordance with established community standards.
- Proactively suggest new growth and care strategies for the community.
- Create and maintain documentation and reports as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in managing game communities.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- For some of the available positions, bilingualism is required, especially English with French, Spanish, or German.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Interested in video games and social media.
- Solid understanding and experience with various social media and community channels.
- Ability to manage or moderate a thriving gaming community.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or adult education, or its equivalent.
