Position Description:

We are seeking applicants for a variety of positions in community management and social media management. Some of the listed duties and requirements may not be applicable to all positions.

Responsibilities

  • Review all incoming community interactions across various social media platforms and communicate with players directly.
  • Respond promptly to player inquiries and comments.
  • Create engaging social media content.
  • Produce detailed reports on community expansion and participation, and propose enhancements based on these findings.
  • Assist the developer by gathering player feedback and reporting on it.
  • Assist in fostering and maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for the gaming community.
  • Moderating discussions and comments in accordance with established community standards.
  • Proactively suggest new growth and care strategies for the community.
  • Create and maintain documentation and reports as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in managing game communities.
  • Excellent English proficiency.
  • For some of the available positions, bilingualism is required, especially English with French, Spanish, or German.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Interested in video games and social media.
  • Solid understanding and experience with various social media and community channels.
  • Ability to manage or moderate a thriving gaming community.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or adult education, or its equivalent.
