Position Description

Sutherland is seeking dynamic professionals who are enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and proficient in both French and English to join our team of Customer Support Representatives. We are looking for individuals who enjoy watching movies, television shows, and animated films and have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will work with one of our major customers, which is a global leader in streaming media and entertainment to provide support in general billing inquiries, resolve technical issues and recommend solutions to needs that meet our customers’ satisfaction.

This job is remote, and we will provide you with all necessary equipment, including an internet connection, provided you have an in-house network and a distraction-free working environment.

Responsibilities

– Responding promptly to customers’ general billing inquiries
– Using applications to diagnose and resolve issues customers may encounter while using the streaming media platform
– Identifying potential issues with customer accounts and recommending appropriate solutions
– Continuing to communicate with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the solution provided
– Using customer relationship management (CRM) applications
– Ensuring exceptional client experience

Qualifications

– A passion for customer service with prior experience in Contact Center or customer service
– Experience in troubleshooting streaming media platforms and a working knowledge of streaming services on different devices
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
– Basic PC keyboarding, MS Office, and technical support experience
– Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
– Familiarity working with CRM applications (preferred)
