Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolving issues pertaining to registration, missing packages, courier assistance, general information, billing inquiries, transferring registration to new addresses, and elevating technical issues to the development team
- Demonstrating empathetic, compassionate behaviors, maintaining composure, and expressing genuine concern and resolve to make things right for our customers and staff.
- Integrity is required with respect to time management, productivity, and team interactions
To be a productive Customer Relations Representative:
- You must have high-speed internet and a distraction-free space to work from home.
- The position requires full-time availability during business hours. 4 am – 9 PM Pacific Time seven days per week, including holidays
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish
- Have 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center
