Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and align with the client’s objectives in order to assist them in achieving their goals.
  • Promote platform adoption and provide industry best practices to assist clients in achieving their business objectives.
  • Organize customized web-based presentations for customers to align with their needs, discuss adoption, and identify opportunities.
  • Understand customer risks and present solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present customers with new features and opportunities.
  • Gather requirements from customers for future product releases.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by determining their needs, disseminating training materials, and assisting with account setup.
  • Ability to meet customers on-site; up to 20% of time will be spent traveling.

Here is what you require:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic background. Our Customer Service team consists of members from a variety of backgrounds, including business, psychology, communication, and computer systems.
  • High levels of business acumen, ethics, and integrity.
  • 1-3 years of customer success experience is preferred.
  • Compatibility with standard office software applications, sales automation products like Salesforce.com, and web collaboration tools.
  • Excel at developing relationships in-person and over the phone.
  • Must be articulate, organized, and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a business environment that is constantly changing and dynamic.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • In addition to English, it would be advantageous to have knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or French.
