Position Description:
Responds to incoming phone, chat, and SMS messages from consumers both current and potential. The primary point of contact for customers, this job is in charge of creating the greatest possible first impression of Electrify America. Creating loyal clients and providing excellent experiences are priorities. Responds to all common and routine consumer inquiries and uses computer programs to deliver expert support.

Requirements
- This job is far away. To be considered, applicants must be residents of the state of Virginia.
- be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or similar job experience, and
- Preferable is 0–1 year of related experience. Experience in a contact center setting providing customer support is preferred. Experience in the automotive business is preferable but not necessary as we are outstanding at developing talented people.
- Possess knowledge of, or be eager to learn more about, electric vehicles and the EV charging sector. Be able to formulate a response in a manner suited for the platform of our customers’ choosing (Phone, chat, SMS etc.)
