Position Description and equipment necessities
- obligated to supply your own equipment
- Windows PC desktop with an Intel i5-2430M processor running at 2.40GHz or a faster processor, 8GB of free RAM, and a functional webcam.
- Computers with two displays
- microphone-equipped headset
- No laptops allowed
- Chromebooks, laptops, and Apple products are not accepted
What you will do is as follows:
- calling current Ken Garff clients on the phone. No telemarketing.
- Make sure to speak with the consumer in a way that makes them feel at ease, knowledgeable, and heard.
- Create and build strong connections with your customers
- Establish the demands of the customer’s current car, then make an appointment with the service department.
- Provide unique discounts and incentives for service
- Respond to client inquiries via various methods (phone, chat, email)
- Maintain customer records and record interactions
- Uphold the Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and ethics while working as a team.
- Every call is listened to and recorded for quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- obligated to supply your own equipment
- computer savvy, the ability to manage different systems, and a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Positivity, vigor, zeal, and a focus on customer service.
- the capacity to assist in resolving client issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. (Vocal and written)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask; in other words, work smart.
- Experience in sales, call centers, or customer service is a bonus.
- equivalent to a high school diploma
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid employment visa.
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
