Position Description and Responsibilities:

• You must be able to commute to our local office because this role will train and begin work there. However, if you meet the standards by demonstrating effectiveness in the office, you may be able to work from home in this role. Depending on how quickly you complete the prerequisites, the time frame will vary.
• After that time, NORC will provide computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) gear if you’re interested in working from home, but you’ll need to supply the following:
• Internet connection must be stable and have a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps. It is ideal to have a direct internet connection from the modem to the PC.
  having exclusive use of a cell phone and being able to block calls or notifications while working.
  a private, quiet setting is preferred for interviews.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• All NORC workers and contractors, including those working remotely, are required to be completely immunized against COVID-19 (as defined by the most recent CDC recommendations). NORC is dedicated to offering a secure and wholesome working environment.
• Must be a self-driven person who can keep to a schedule, at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to sit for up to four (4) hours straight while using a computer keyboard, a telephone headset, and a script displayed on a standard-sized computer monitor.
• Required is familiarity with the Windows operating system.
• All candidates hired for this role must provide identification and work authorization papers (I9 documentation).
