Position Description:
This position is accountable for efficiently and professionally providing quality service to internal or external bank clients by phone, fax, or email. In addition, this job is in charge of general account maintenance, customer request research, and resolution.
Responsibility for Position
- By taking inbound calls on a variety of issues and concerns, including info on checking/savings accounts, online banking, new accounts, processing check orders, and bankcard requests, you can offer top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accounts and match suitable products to customers’ needs.
- proactively assess the needs of callers.
- To efficiently manage callers’ requests, use regular screens, scripts, and procedures; if necessary, go beyond them to address customer difficulties.
- Address and solve the problems of callers by navigating a computerized system.
- Follow all relevant laws and rules that control how banks operate, including the BSA/AML Policy and Procedures of Atlantic Union Bankshares.

- A supervisor of a customer contact center is responsible for this position.
Knowledge & Experience
- equivalent to a high school diploma
- Preferable prior call center experience
