Position Description:

Customer service representatives assist customers with their insurance needs by responding to enquiries about coverage, prices, billing problems, and general policy reviews while recommending new products.

Obligatory qualifications

  • two years or more of post-secondary education
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in place of the aforementioned
  • There are also bilingual roles available; must speak Spanish fluently (speak and read)

Prerequisites for working from home

  • a designated work area free from distractions and noise
  • Using a DSL or cable modem, connect to the internet from a remote workplace at a minimum speed of 10 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up.
  • You must physically connect the offered computer with a cable to the router or modem (no wireless connection)
  • You must attach a surge protector to every piece of Progressive gear you get.
  • Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for paying for high-speed internet access.
