Position Description:

As a member of the Annotation Team, you will play a critical role in improving the user experience. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technologically oriented workplace. As an Annotation Analyst, you will listen to and transcribe audio files from customers who have opted in to the grading program, as well as evaluate Siri’s response and language usage. You’ll utilize your linguistic and cultural knowledge, as well as your analytical skills, to compare responses to criteria. Your adaptability and ability to prioritize work are critical. We prioritize the user experience, thinking creatively about how customers use Siri and applying this knowledge to make enhancements.
Important Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish, as well as good comprehension, grammar, and proofreading abilities
- Good reading comprehension and writing skills in English
- Extremely organized with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding active listening abilities, as well as the ability to absorb linguistic subtleties
- Recognize the locations and cultural differences where Spanish is spoken
- In evaluating Siri’s English usage and dialect, demonstrates attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- ability to navigate systems and tools autonomously
- Shows integrity and is concerned about client privacy.
- Prior testing experience is preferred, as is experience in content review or a comparable context.
- Flexibility and adaptability to shifting work flows and tasks are required.

- Experience as a Siri, comparable Intelligent Personal Assistant, or other AI user

- We are looking for candidates who are fluent in Spanish.
Education and Work Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience is preferred.
- Able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time, with scheduling and work flexibility based on company needs
- Capable of typing at a minimum pace of 40 WPM
- Language-skilled positions necessitate high grammar and cultural understanding.
