Contributes to the creation and implementation of the internal and supplier audit program while working under general supervision. Complete Quality Management System Audits are planned and carried out in compliance with AS9100D Quality Requirements. manages issues, analyses, and corrective action. engages in ongoing quality implementation and compliance audits for forms, communications, and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the creation of a schedule for internal and supplier audits
• Executing first-party internal audits of quality management systems
• Executing QMS/Product Audits of Suppliers
• Tracking First, Second, and Third Party Audit Corrections
• Keep track of site regulatory and client audits
• Publishing interiors audit findings
• Advancing the completion of corrective actions

Requirements:

Skills: data input, inventory, quality assurance, and quality control

• IAQG Certified Trainer’s AS9100 Certification
• Expertise in using tools for problem resolution and quality control, like RCCA, 5 Why, PFMEA, etc.
• 3 years of relevant prior experience OR a bachelor’s degree
• A related advanced degree AND at least two years of relevant experience OR
• Five years of relevant experience are necessary in lieu of a degree.

Preferred credentials:

• Three years of relevant experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related field, preferably in the aerospace sector, with a track record of consistently exceeding expectations and growing.
• Data analysis and manipulation skills for metrics and status reports
• Skilled with web programs, Access, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience reading/reviewing technical procedures, drawings, and requirements
• AS9110 certification for auditors
• Professional certification experience (AS9100, AS9120, AS9102, ISO9001, AS13002, FAA etc.)
• Knowledge of SharePoint
