Responsibilities:
- Improves end-to-end user journeys by developing user-centered experiences and interfaces for products and applications.
- Creates and improves the functionality and experience of user interfaces for firm goods by developing the overall design and requirements.
- Creates storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture diagrams, and user journey maps using design tools for user testing and demos.
- Produces high-fidelity designs for development teams to use.
- Analyze user research, commercial insights, and other information to enhance customer experiences continuously.
- Examines proposed product modifications or upgrades for compliance with desired criteria for user experience design and satisfaction and makes suggestions for improvement.
- The creation and upkeep of UI/UX resources, such as content templates, samples, and guidelines, to facilitate designers’ and developers’ design processes.
Requirements:
Education:
- Relevant professional experience, a degree in computer science, interaction design, human computer interaction, or a related discipline Knowledge/Skills
Experience:
- Design expertise with Power BI/Power Apps
- Understanding of the M365 product line
- Designing consumer-facing software, websites, and mobile experiences for three years or more
- Excellent ideation, drawing, concepting, brainstorming, and development of UX assets
- Working knowledge of many design tools, including OmniGraffle, Sketch, Ilustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Invision, and/or other UX & prototyping applications.
- Ability to simplify and create intuitive user experiences from complicated interactions
- Understanding of the potential and boundaries of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of and/or practical experience with agile product development
- Knowledge of information architecture, user flows, user flows, and drawing
- Ability to produce interactive prototypes with both high and low fidelity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
- Communicator who is assured and articulate and who enjoys using images to express stories
Salary: $70,000 to $135,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits
