The interview’s goals are to determine the candidate’s interest in and potential for success on the DCP, as well as to understand their preferences for position placement and assist them with any queries they may have along the way. Writing and speaking skills are crucial, and the capacity to foster an atmosphere in which a candidate’s talents and skills may be evaluated while successfully matching talent to the correct tasks is crucial. What You Provide to the Position:

  • BA/BS or comparable qualifications
  • Good knowledge of recruitment processes with a focus on interview strategies and application evaluations, including a demonstrated capacity for active listening
  • Proven proficiency with SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) Proven technical navigation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, independent setting while effectively connecting with important team members Demonstrated organizational skills while guaranteeing attention to detail Good verbal communication skills while fostering an engaging engagement experience for our applicants
