This position will be under the management of CEG Risk and Systems’ (a CSDC group) Manager of Colleague Information Systems. As a member of this group, you will support American Express’s multiple HR systems’ digital capabilities and systems management.

You will support HR system access, role management, and configuration modifications across systems as a digital systems analyst. You will contribute to ensuring compliance with information security policies, legal requirements, and privacy controls on a worldwide scale. Additionally, you are in charge of ongoing user access management restrictions and accurate user access. To maximize the potential of our HR systems, you will collaborate with operations, product, and technology engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain user access to Oracle HCM systems and the documentation for associated security procedures.
  • Inquiries and requests for access to the Oracle HCM system’s capability should be tracked, addressed, and responded to.
  • Support the quick configuration, installation, and upgrading of the Oracle HCM system’s security.
  • Become an authority on setting up and accessing HCM systems.
  • Work with CEG teams, technology, and other partners to support roadmaps and explore for ways to make enhancements to the security procedures for our Oracle HCM products.

Requirements:

  • Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS apps’ leading security management. Strong preference given to candidates who have practical Oracle HCM experience, particularly with the Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security policy, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other user administration tasks.
  • Understanding of identity governance, user access lifecycle management, and identity and access management tools. Working knowledge with SailPoint (IIQ) is a bonus.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS apps’ leading security management.
  • Experience with managing the security of the HCM application is required, as well as experience with the Security Console, HCM Role types, Areas of Responsibility, Data Security policy, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other user administration tasks.
  • OTBI and BI Publisher security knowledge is a plus.
  • Solid analytical abilities.
  • A problem-solver with an eye for detail who can translate data into suggestions for improving processes through automation and continuous improvement.
  • Business analyst or digital analyst expertise of at least two years is preferred.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
  • The capacity to operate both individually and collaboratively across CEG business teams and Technology departments.

Salary: $60,000 to $110,000 per year, with bonuses and benefits
