Responsibilities:
- Recognize operational opportunities and use data to create strategic business cases for improvement initiatives.
- Locate and collect data for analysis and reporting from a number of sources.
- After gathering requirements, create automated reports and dashboards.
- Support project management and process improvement activities for both individual business units and cross-divisional projects.
- Inform Field Support and ACS leaders of your results.
- Offer direction to team members who are more inexperienced, and work with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Put the success of the team and your business partners first and adopt a team-first mentality.
- Be intellectually interested, ask questions, and speak up on ideas
- Be an independent worker who seeks out issues to address and then generates creative solutions.
- Be a “do-er” who embraces failure and instead uses it as an opportunity to grow and learn.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
- Working familiarity of Excel, PowerPoint, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, and any or all of the following.
- Being at ease with sophisticated queries and programming language data manipulation
- Must be at ease working in both group and solo environments.
- 4 years or more of experience working in analysis, information science, data visualization, or another quantitative subject that is relevant
- Must be doing their current job satisfactorily
- Consistently puts the security and safety of oneself, others, and personal information first
- Embraces varied people, ideas, and ways of doing things
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or other equivalent qualification
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a work permit to enter the country
WHAT (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information science, business/management, statistics/mathematics, economics, or any quantitative discipline that is pertinent
- Understanding of airport customer service Data sources and key performance indicators
- Working knowledge of labor planning and payroll data
