Responsibilities:
- Consider safety when performing all operational tasks and procedures.

- Find and gather information from various sources for analysis, modeling, and project creation.
- Use analytical tools that are descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive to draw attention to business problems, potential fixes, and important tradeoffs.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies and find effective ways to share data and analysis to meet divisional demands.
- Create or enhance automated reports, analytics, or dashboards to assist senior divisional executives and front-line staff
- Ability to correctly adapt tools to each audience
- Create a relationship of trust with the business teams to become a valuable thought partner.
- Support project management and process improvement activities for both individual business units and cross-divisional projects.
- Deliver conclusions and suggestions to the OAP and divisional leaders.
- train and guide other team members in a variety of areas and skill sets
- Ask inquiries, show intellectual curiosity, and speak up when they have an idea
- Be independent workers who seek out issues to address, generate creative ideas, and spearhead the implementation of solutions.

Requirements:
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM)
Candidates for this post must possess a high school graduation or equivalent, at the very least. It is desirable that they have 5+ years of expertise in analysis, information science, data visualization, or another comparable quantitative subject.
- Candidates that are hired will be familiar with and/or have prior experience with any or all of the following: Tools and languages for interacting with databases, such as SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, etc. Strong knowledge of Tableau and/or other data visualization tools; Capability to build complicated queries that connect data from several sources and work with huge, unstructured datasets to derive operational insights; Ability to work independently, pay close attention to detail, and handle many requests with varying deadlines
- Ability to develop team members through deliberate engagement Must be a good team player, pay attention to detail, and work well under pressure. Ability to lead, manage, and interact at various levels within the organization while projecting a professional image Strong self-starter who approaches challenging problems with resiliency and a solution-focused mindset Enjoy working in a high-profile setting with ambiguous priorities and strict deadlines Must be at ease working in both group and solo settings.
