Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop data governance principles, regulations, and initiatives for data stewardship, protection, and advocacy.
• Help with database oversight, monitoring, and process execution to bring data under governance (e.g., definitions of system of record vs. approved data sources, policies, data integration, identifying data management roles, maintaining data definitions, etc.).
• To establish genuinely effective data management, work with data owners and users to alter existing business processes or introduce brand-new, repeatable ones.
• Help in coordinating important policies and regulations, such as those relating to data definition, data quality, and data creation. rules on Data Sharing and Data Usage) together with the mechanisms necessary to implement those rules, in cooperation with multifaceted partners
• To account for and respect various privacy and compliance needs across regions, collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational excellence. Requirements:

• Understanding business challenges and plans and relating them to data and capabilities requires two or more years of expertise driving data management in a cross-functional and international setting.
• Basic familiarity with Data Governance / Data Management technologies (such as Collibra) and ideas (such as metadata, lineage, and data quality).
• Superior capacity to engage, influence, and inspire partners to promote collaboration and alignment
• The ability to test, learn from mistakes, and improve is crucial.
• Must possess a cheerful, cooperative leadership style with a priority on colleagues and customers.
