We are seeking exceptionally bright and driven individuals to evaluate generated data demos and offer human feedback to LLM training. Strong analytical and communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence are required of the perfect applicant.

This temporary assignment is set to last for nine months.

Responsibilities:

• • Produce unique and captivating information for a variety of job kinds to educate LLMs.
• • To produce aesthetically pleasing and useful information, write responses that are succinct, factually accurate, and grammatically correct while adhering to style requirements and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs).
• • Edit and proofread text to guarantee correctness, consistency, and high standards.
• • Investigate and confirm the quality of the content using the Content Guidelines. Based on predetermined criteria, approve or reject contents, and provide a rationale for your decision.
• To make sure that quality standards are met, do quality checks by evaluating and proofreading work; give colleagues and cross-company teams comments and training.
• • Work together with cross-functional groups and other business divisions to create and execute strategies to promote quality improvement, as well as to track the advancement of quality and look into variations in quality.
• • Gain a thorough grasp of the subject matter experts (SMEs) for the processes that are carried out on the ground. Then, work with stakeholder teams to test new SOPs in order to obtain information, verify facts, and guarantee correctness when creating content.
• • Based on the needs of the group and your own abilities and preferences, actively participate in project/program management, training, and other activities to support our technical, business, and leadership teams.

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

• Demonstrated experience in a copywriting, content writing, or related field.
• Excellent command of the English language. The candidate must exhibit fluency in all areas of language, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, or a related area, with a strong emphasis on technical writing, creative writing, or AI technology to help train generative artificial intelligence models to become better writers. • Two to four years of prior experience in content writing.
• Capacity to modify writing style to accommodate different style requirements and clients
• The capacity to complete activities rationally even in the face of unclear information
• Knowledge of academic honesty, such as plagiarism
