This job will assist the HR Compliance team by performing the following duties:
- Every day, all AA fingerprint results are downloaded from the FBI and uploaded to the Access database.
- Check the accuracy of all Fingerprint Applications (FPAs) in line with TSA/CFR requirements.
- Collaborate with RPO via SharePoint, uploading fingerprint findings on a daily basis.
- Monitor and track all FP/FPA errors for repair while engaging with Clearinghouse and Station Management.
- Deal with sensitive information and documentation
- Identify, track, and follow up on all FPA errors that need to be completed.
- Monthly FP/FPA processing and mistake reporting
- Ad hoc phone and off-phone assignments are included.
Everything you’ll need to succeed
- Education and prior job experience are required as minimum qualifications.
- 1 year comparable experience in Excel and/or Access with a high school diploma or GED
Qualifications, Licenses, and Certifications
- Working knowledge of Employee Central
- SharePoint knowledge is necessary, as is accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage numerous activities at the same time Must be highly driven and dependable, with shown initiative and flexibility
- Must be able to keep sensitive confidential information confidential. Ability to work well with people in a team and individually. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
