Position Description:

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant to work remotely and help our team with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work autonomously. The Data Entry Administrative Virtual Assistant will be responsible for data entry, record keeping, file organization, and other administrative activities as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Data should be entered into databases, spreadsheets, and other software tools.
  • Maintain records, files, and documents.
  • To ensure correctness, perform data verification and quality control tests.
  • Manage and keep track of digital and physical files
  • If needed, prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
  • Handle basic administrative chores such as appointment scheduling, email response, and calendar management.
  • As appropriate, collaborate with other team members and departments to support company operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Further responsibilities as given by management

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field desirable.
  • Demonstrated data entry or administrative assistant experience Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite competency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as the ability to prioritize assignments
  • Excellent precision and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely with little supervision
  • Good work ethic and dedication to complete things on time and accurately Experience with online collaboration platforms such as Asana, Trello, or Slack is an asset
