In our Market Facing Clinical Organization (MFCO) Department, Cigna Health Care is looking for an Administrative Assistant Senior Representative to provide administrative support to a number of mid- to upper-level doctors.
Only applicants who live in the Pacific Time Zone will be taken into consideration for this position, which requires you to work west coast hours.
Responsibilities:
- Several clinicians should have administrative support in order to increase the department’s efficiency and production.
- Manage a variety of clinicians’ complex calendars, including accepting, rejecting, and scheduling meetings.
- Plan meetings with both internal and external clients.
- Utilize CWT, Cigna’s preferred travel management tool, to organize your trip plans.
- Timely submission of expenditure reports for numerous doctors utilizing Concur, the preferred travel management system of Cigna
- Virtual and on-site meeting preparations (location, catering, supplies, etc.)
- Help design presentations (PowerPoint decks)
- Working with matrix partners to ensure proper evaluation and approval of materials for external consumption
- Answering and guiding incoming calls from clients, internal partners, and healthcare professionals
- Information by responding to inquiries and requests
- Data gathering and reporting
- Prepare correspondence, including memos, emails, bills, reports, and other forms of communication.
- Create meeting agendas.
- Take notes from meetings and distribute them as needed.
- Purchase office equipment
- Participates in additional tasks and initiatives as directed by the manager or a supported clinician
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional administrative experience
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.) proficiency
- SharePoint knowledge is preferred.
- Concur (an expense tracking program) knowledge is preferred.

- Ability to use Outlook calendar to manage many providers’ complex schedules

If you intend to work from home on a regular basis or infrequently, you must have an internet connection from a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with minimum download and upload speeds of 10 Mbps and 5 Mbps, respectively.
We anticipate paying between 25 and 38 USD per hour for this work, based on pertinent aspects like experience and location.
Additionally, it is anticipated that this position will qualify for the yearly bonus program.
