Position Description:
To handle a variety of administrative and clerical work, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant. The administrative assistant’s responsibilities include supporting our managers and staff, helping with everyday office tasks, and overseeing our business’ overall administrative operations.
Skills in membership/marketing
- Organize numerous projects in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
- Help organize promotional activities, traditional or digital campaigns, and take care of them to ensure their success.
- Write and publish online articles for the business’s website and social media accounts.
- Create marketing collateral, such as brochures and news releases, to increase the company’s visibility in the market.
- Maintain open lines of communication with your clients and foster a culture of trust.
- An advantage would be prior knowledge of AMS software.
Requirements
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
- good database and market research approach knowledge
- competent with Microsoft Office, marketing software, and web tools (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- exemplary time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks
- both meticulousness and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
