Position Description:

To handle a variety of administrative and clerical work, we are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant. The administrative assistant’s responsibilities include supporting our managers and staff, helping with everyday office tasks, and overseeing our business’ overall administrative operations.

Skills in membership/marketing

  • Organize numerous projects in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
  • Help organize promotional activities, traditional or digital campaigns, and take care of them to ensure their success.
  • Write and publish online articles for the business’s website and social media accounts.
  • Create marketing collateral, such as brochures and news releases, to increase the company’s visibility in the market.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with your clients and foster a culture of trust.
  • An advantage would be prior knowledge of AMS software.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant
  • good database and market research approach knowledge
  • competent with Microsoft Office, marketing software, and web tools (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
  • exemplary time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks
  • both meticulousness and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
  • exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines
