Responsibilities:
- Creating a successful, efficient, and effective CX leadership team
- effectively managing several calendars
- coordinating the travel plans
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings.
- recording all team meetings and keeping track of activities
- preparing for and managing team outings and events
- Enter and organize expenses
- empowering our CX leadership team to create a culture that is focused on its employees and customers
- Plan, arrange, and oversee employee appreciation activities
- Organize and oversee all-hands meetings
- Organize the administration and logistics of client and staff gifts.
- any additional tasks that management assigns as necessary
In the event that you have:
- superior communication abilities
- a history of secrecy and confidentiality
- familiarity with the Google Suite, Mac laptops, and Slack or other similar chat programs
- It would be ideal if you have experience in sales, customer service, retention, or administration.
- basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- a readiness to collaborate cross-departmentally, take on assignments with optimism and zeal, and complete them on schedule.
- flexibility to make quick, frequent changes to methods, procedures, or practices as needed or as directed by the team and managers
- a propensity for learning new software and industry-specific lingo quickly
