Responsibilities:

• Work together with FP&A and accounting management to offer timely and relevant financial data analytics reporting, including monthly flash reports, key financial metrics, and actual spend compared to budgets and forecast.
• Analysis of the balance sheet and income statement accounts on a regular basis
• Help with the procedures of document creation, data analysis, integrity verification, and reconciliation as well as GAAP financial statement preparation
• Drive and oversee the performance of the entire accounting team during the closing process to fulfill strict timelines.
• Various technical accounting assessments, policies, and processes should be prepared.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or a comparable combination of training and/or education.
• 7+ years of recent, relevant financial experience – It’s advantageous to have practical expertise with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  Deep understanding of Flux Analysis is required. Advanced credentials, such as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), are preferred. Demonstrated technological and analytical abilities are also important.
  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset. An eager problem-solver who actively responds to issues and listens for client cues.
