When you:

• Own monthly closure processes and preparation of international bank reconciliations.
• Organize the combined LivePerson group’s intercompany finance and cash outlays.
• help external tax consultants with the preparation of statutory filings and international tax returns.
• For international statutory and yearly audits, work with the internal and external audit staff.
• Create and enter entries in a monthly journal.
• Keep track of your daily cash situation and all bank-to-bank cash transfers.
• aid in the creation of the weekly cash position report and the quarterly free cash flow prediction.
• aid in the implementation and upkeep of internal controls for the global treasury that are compliant with the SOX control framework.
• track adherence to the AMEX worldwide program.
• creation of a system of internal controls, policies, and procedures for treasury management that is well-documented.
• Take on unique initiatives, accounting responsibilities, and workflow process upgrades.
• Take part in the implementation and improvement of a number of fresh systems and procedures relating to bank automation.

You possess

• prior accounting experience of at least one year
• Big 4 or other expertise with public accounting
• Excel abilities (formula design, pivot tables, charts)
• knowledge of modeling, data collection, and what-if scenarios
• Take pleasure in working with cross-functional teams to produce results by using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Willingness to interact with sales management and sales executives
• knowledge of Concur, SAP General Ledger, or Hyperion/HFM/FCC
• Excellent attitudes toward the work and the output of the work
