Manage a wide range of tasks based on new and existing clients/brands and company properties in a strategic way. Lead the ideation, strategic framework, and financial structure for established clients, new business opportunities, and company properties to implement the formula for success (Strategy, Communications, Influencer, and Experiential Marketing). Serve as the main link between clients/brands and executives inside the company. Manages the DMO program and the agency’s administrative and accounting needs. Build strong relationships with vendors and providers of network services.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of 360-degree programs for current clients and new business.
- Manage financial tasks for both outside and inside the company (on a weekly basis)
- Keep in close contact with clients, outside vendors/partners, and internal teams.
- Manage the DMO process both inside and outside the company.
- Makes presentations, creative/strategic briefs, financial proposals, and SOWs for current and potential clients.
- Serve as the person to talk to about administration and accounting.
- Clients should be shown annual and new business plans, new ideas, and results that are based on strategy and KPIs.
- Serve as the day-to-day link between clients, agencies, and vendors to make sure projects are finished on time and well.
- Takes care of daily relationships with talent, ambassadors, and influencers, and gets interviews and other chances for clients to get their message and goals across.
- Communicate with management to figure out needs, set goals, and set up annual and program-logistic budgets.
- Help grow the accounts you’ve been given.
- Lead projects and experiential events that have been given to you and make sure they go well.
- Help the company or client reach their goals through strategic and tactical tasks.
- Meet deadlines for internal and administrative matters
