Position Description:
To join our expanding team, Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for enthusiastic and diligent outside sales trainees. You will join in our 12-month sales training program as an outside sales trainee. This curriculum combines classroom instruction with training on the job. The classroom instruction is held at our distinguished Reynolds University in Dayton, Ohio. You will fly to Dayton once a month to attend 1-2 weeks of classes covering a range of subjects, such as dealership operations, sales strategies, and negotiation skills. When you are not in Dayton, you will be working in the field with your designated Sales Mentor, assisting them on their calls while you observe the sales process.
Responsibilities:
You will move to a designated territory once the training program is over and you’ll be a Sales Professional. The business will help with relocation to this new region. After that, it will be your responsibility to sell a specified range of Reynolds goods and services in order to meet the established monthly and yearly quotas. Our high-end software solutions, marketing services, printed business forms, and promotional goods are all exclusively targeted towards the automobile industry. In your designated territory, as a Sales Professional, you will sell to both existing and new clients. You will receive a business automobile, laptop, cell phone, and other office supplies as a Sales Professional (and Trainee), along with a home office.
Requirements:
