The Account Manager will offer trial sites taking part in CVRx clinical research and commercial sites market development experience, technical case help, educational support, and patient recruitment support.
Responsibilities:
- Drives tactics to achieve revenue and patient implant targets.
- keeps up a solid grasp of the intricate physiological and technical concepts underlying CVRx treatments and technology.
- supports follow-up visits and procedures as well as implants. Offers technical support and troubleshooting to clinical trial staff and CVRx workers.
- Supports clinical investigators in designated institutions; responds to technical queries and looks into answers to issues.
- ensures that top cardiologists, hypertension experts, and cardiac/vascular surgeons comprehend the clinical therapy by representing CVRx, Inc. devices in front of these medical professionals.
- Delivers in-service education programs for hospital staff and personnel on technical concerns related to CVRx devices or studies. Troubleshoots, including in-service education and training physicians in one-on-one sessions. Provides on-call clinical assistance when needed.
- communicates investigator comments on proposed new product development ideas or product enhancements, thereby offering R&D support.
- ensures that clinical training and study objectives are satisfied by providing other clinical professionals with training programs.
- Assist the Clinical Research department in order to guarantee excellent follow-up and data completeness for the studies conducted by the company.
Requirements:
Requirements Essential:
- engineering or health sciences bachelor’s degree from university.
- seven or more years of experience in the medical device sector, in academia, or in a clinical setting.
- strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to oversee interactions with CVRx employees and important client groups in an efficient manner.
- Capacity to grasp medical and surgical principles as well as active implanted medical device technologies.
- Independent, self-motivated, self-starter.
Optimal:
- A graduate degree is ideal.
- It is recommended if you have experience with therapeutic devices for cardiology or cardiac surgery.
- Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
- Prefer someone with a track record of success in technical training assignments and clinical trials.
- market knowledge with a thorough comprehension of rival products, tactics, and benefits and drawbacks of the company’s devices.
- Ability to communicate with R&D and reflect the viewpoint of the client in order to offer suggestions for improving current products and developing new ones.
Conditions of Work
- Standard working environment at an office. Interacting with various internal departments, physician investigators, and customers will be necessary for this role.
