Responsibilities:
- Set and meet revenue and client retention targets for your business book.
- Accurately and promptly predict allocated accounts’ revenue targets.
- Create monthly and quarterly strategic plans for clients to improve campaign performance, upsell additional services to extend book, and diversify distribution channels to enhance revenue.
- Do proactive, routinely scheduled phone calls and in-person meetings to determine the customer’s health, do strategic account evaluations, find possibilities for growth and expansion, and successfully resolve difficulties while keeping Choozle front of mind.
- Promote cross-departmental client opportunities and issues in a cooperative, results-driven manner
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in routinely exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Outstanding communication and presenting abilities (written and verbal). Not just emails, but also phone calls should be enjoyable for you!
- Effective organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with advertising technology solutions and digital/programmatic advertising (The Trade Desk, App Nexus, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology)
- A track record of cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- A creative problem-solver who can come up with solutions
- 2+ years in a role that involves clients and generates income (CSM, AM, Sales) preferably experience with Salesforce or another CRM
