Position Description:
You will be responsible for upselling the Restaurant365 platform to current customers as an Account Executive on the growth team.
How will you add value?
- From discovery to closure, manage the whole client sales cycle.
- Increase revenue by generating and developing new customer opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast by collaborating with the Growth Sales Manager.
- Predict, discuss, and enable solutions to client needs.
- Maintain familiarity with the R365 solution and any related products.
- Build and maintain long-term business ties by networking with existing customers and vendor partners.
- Continuous industry research to discover market trends
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
What you’ll need to succeed in this position:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferable.
- Demonstrated Account Management/Sales expertise, ideally in the Restaurant Technology or Human Capital Management industries Ability to understand client needs and develop strategic business solutions
- Results-oriented and highly motivated
- Salesforce or a comparable CRM experience
- Excellent presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to and adhere to a sales procedure
- Aptitude to negotiate and solve problems
- Time management and organization abilities
- Passion and enthusiasm
