Named Account Representatives handle existing clients who have been classified as high spenders or who may become high spenders in the future. The Named Account Representative needs to grow their accounts at a faster rate than the average for their named list of accounts in order to be successful. As each Named Account Representative acquires new, high-potential clients throughout the fiscal year, their named list will expand.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as our Named Account prospects’ main point of contact and the public face of GitLab.
• Participate in winning/losing teams’ root cause analysis.
• Share the team’s learnings with the account managers, marketing, and technical departments.
• Assume responsibility for your business book and record the purchase requirements.

• Record the owners’ and the following steps.

• Participate in recording enhancements in our sales manual.
• Lead and guide the account during the pre- and post-sale processes.

Requirements:

• more than five years of mid-market sales experience
• Interest in open source software and GitLab
• Capacity to use successful relationships and tried-and-true sales approaches
• Excellent communicator with great interpersonal abilities
