Responsibilities:
- Provide HR professionals and channel partners with a cutting-edge approach to managing leaves of absence, thereby establishing yourself as a reliable advisor. Inform them of how Sparrow’s solution can address their needs, obstacles, and pain areas.
- Increase income by becoming proficient in our value deck presentation and thorough product demo, which explains how we assist companies and employees in navigating the complex world of leave management. Become an authority on the subject by explaining our core pillars, streamlining the process via storytelling, and analyzing the competitive environment.
- Utilize the top sales technology stack, which includes Chili Piper, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, and more, to shorten the buying cycle and get insights that will help you improve as a salesperson. Conclude transactions and regularly meet quotas.
- Serve as the customer’s representative by giving our cross-functional teams input so we can enhance our offering and product. Assist our implementation and leave professionals closely to make sure that new customers have a seamless transition.
Requirements:
- An excellent performer. 4+ years of expertise in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of surpassing quarterly and yearly sales goals. Extra credit awarded for prior expertise closing complicated transaction cycles, collaborating with brokers to increase referral business, and pitching to HR experts.
- The mindset of a learner. Extremely self-directed, flexible, and open to suggestions and execution in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving setting with high performance standards while cooperating with others. You show a willingness to identify and optimize our go-to-market for how we win more customers, and you are fixated on your KPIs.
- Product-driven. Due to the complexity of leave management, many of our customers have misconceptions. As a result, it’s critical that you can inform the client on how Sparrow may enhance their workflow via value selling, software demonstrations, and clearly communicating a return on investment to a variety of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication abilities both in writing and speaking. Excellent communicator who can strike a balance between building relationships and solving problems. You have excellent follow-through, time management prioritization, and active listening abilities when interacting via phone, chat, or email.
